General Features
Carbon Alloy K25, K35
Containing 25% and 35% carbon carbon-filled PTFE less than the thermal expansion, high abrasion resistance, less deformation under load. It is ideal for aqueous environments. Heat conductivity is high.
Glass Fiber Alloy CIS C25
15% and containing 25% glass fiber Less than the thermal expansion of PTFE, high abrasion resistance, less deformation under load. Acids and high oxidation resistance. Electrical insulation properties are high.
Bronze Alloy B40, B60
PTFE bronze alloy’s thermal conductivity better, less thermal expansion, higher abrasion resistance and less deformation under load. It is easy to process mechanically.
Special Alloys
Molybdenum disulfide for specific uses, alumina, such as various alloy with stainless steel t he parts are manufactured from PTFE and studies are carried out in parallel to the developments in the world in this regard.
